Local amenities in both Southampton and Brighton locations include: close to supermarkets, hospitals, restaurants, bars, clubs, cafes, and public transport links.
Local attractions in all locations include easy access to the sea, either at the beachside, from the docks, or along the pier, parks, countryside, children’s playgrounds, cinemas, theatres, shopping and museums and art galleries.
We ask guests to agree to and sign the terms and conditions and house rules, as well as provide an ID check for the lead guest. We also preauthorise a security deposit at time of booking.
We have a really flexible cancellation policy, giving a full refund up to 5 days prior to your arrival. There is no refund after this time.
We take full payment at the time of booking. If your stay is more than 4 weeks, we take 50% payment at time of booking, and the remainder 14 days prior to your arrival.
We welcome pets, however there is a small flat fee for this of £25 for stays up to 3 nights, £50 for stays up to 14 nights.
